The 3 /4 students are a very creative and radiant group with some very strong views on leadership. Therefore I decided to use their creativity and acceptance of different cultural points and we started by listening I tre porcellini story in Italian with English subtitles.
Afterwards we summarised the differences and background of the story.

As we had discussion on Italian food, their favourite Italian food, they cooking skills  the goal for the term established itself and  we will accommodate their creativity and leadership skills in order to produce a package for their favourite Italian food including logo and label, using not only Italian but artistic competence but mathematical experience as well.

Welcome back!

I hope you enjoyed first term break and are ready for the new learning adventure.

We are going to learn about animals in Italian through music writing, calculating, bingo games as well as producing work for the portfolio.

The expectation is to be able to identify different animal habitats and pin them on the world map.

Buongiorno a tutti da Ivana,

It is already mid May and have accomplished a lot.

We started talking about the world, continents, animals della fattoria, foresta, deserti caldi e freddi, savane, mari and many more. The students will be learning more about different biomes and will be producing a work on the worlds habitats.

Bentornati alle classi di Italiano!

My students have displayed a  great interests in fashion and as Italian MODA e MODA ALTA  is very important not just in Italy and Europe but also in the rest of the world, we are learning about I VESTITI. The students are also learning about dress code and what we wear IN PALESTRA, SULLA SPIAGGIA, AL TEATRO, IN CINEMA and so on. They are progressing well and the aim is for them to create their own little fashion parade in week 6. I will have pictures and comments of the work for you soon.
